How to collect group data using iPad devices?

I want to create an acknowledgment form where a group of 2-20 people can enter their names and sign on a single device(iPad). What is the best way to do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe a normal form that requires a name and signature would fit your requirement. However, if you want them to fill out the form on your iPad. I would suggest downloading the Jotform Application from App store.

This will give you the option to enable Kiosk mode for any of your forms and collect your user's data continuously. You can also collect your user's data even without internet access.
