Not receiving notification email sent to a group via

    We also have another notification to send to a group (via and this is not working at all. However emails to this Simplielists (listserver) group do work.

    Question:  Again, any idea why this might be so?

    Are there logs which can be viewed?

    Hello Ross,

    Upon checking your email address, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reason:

    Result: is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at 550 5.1.1 e7si517434wic.29 - gsmtp

    I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. You need to take a closer look at the bounce reason and take corrective steps. Please verify if this email id is actually created in your email server. If the email address is correct, please test your form again and see if you receive the submission emails or not.
