Upon checking your email address firstname.lastname@example.org, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reason:Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list

I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. You need to take a closer look at the bounce reason and take corrective steps. Please verify if this email id is actually created in your email server. If the email address is correct, please test your form again and see if you receive the submission emails or not.
