So, I created the a form and integrated it into paypal without any issues. I have required fields like an address and such, and they can't go to the payment page until they fill out those fields. The problem is, that we've been testing it and after we put in the info and go the payment page...we can't find that info anymore...like, it's gone. The payment via PayPal is going through and all that, BUT, the info like the address and all that is lost in cyberspace. How do I get it to where we can see that info?
Please help ASAP! We are working with some tight deadlines! I've included a screenshot of our form.

For successful payments, you can view the submitted data as well as the payer information in form submissions page. Here's how you can view it: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.
For incomplete payments, you can view it in the incomplete payment section. To know more about incomplete payment, please review the following guides:

For your convenience, successful payment means that your submitters have actually processed or sent the payment after redirected to Paypal Payment page. If they successfully sent the payment, you will see it in the form submissions page - the grid listing at the bottom part of the page.
If the submitter didn't make the payment after redirected to the Paypal payment page, that will become an incomplete payment and you can't see the data in the successful submissions list. You can see this in the incomplete payment section.
