I would like to switch to an annual and take advantage of the discount. I thought I did that but it does not seem to have taken effect. I got an email offering the years discounted plan.

Please be noted that yearly discount sale offer is already withdrawn last week. It is not available any more.
It seems you currently have two active subscriptions:
BlueSnap: Premium monthly subscription #26578244 billed on 5th of every month. Credit card used: **2006
FastSpring: Premium monthly subscription #INT141022-1172-32701S billed on 22nd of every month. Credit card used: 2006
I have gone ahead and cancelled your bluesnap subscription #26578244 and processed the refund for last 3 months with order numbers #83367062, #82839576 and #82379792.
