I have multiple forms that are simply not loading

    This page can’t be displayed
Make sure the web address http://form.jotformpro.com is correct. Look for the page with your search engine. Refresh the page in a few minutes.

p.s. I am connected to the internet...

I see that you are having trouble getting your jotforms to load so I checked a few of your jotforms from your account but I currently don't see an issue. Your account is active as well.

Can you please share some of the links or names to your jotforms that you are experiencing this problem on? We'd like to check it furthermore.

Also, is this happening on just your jotforms or do you have them embedded on a webpage?

If they are embedded on a website then please let us know the link(s) so that we can check it.

can you be nice and take off the screen shots on your response...its weird what is happening but it works on my laptop and my phone....this means the problem is specific to my desktop...same problem in chrome and the latest bum copy of IE. ideas?

    Hi,

I removed the screen shots from my colleagues post as per your request.  When I checked several of your forms in Chrome and IE, they showed up without issue.  I also tried several different variations of the regular jotform and jotformpro URL's and they also all worked.

The only thing I can think of is that your firewall may be blocking the form.jotformpro URL.  Try using this form of the URL instead to see if it works:

    https://www.jotform.com/00000000000000

Replace the 0's with your form ID.  Let us know if you still are unable to get your forms to load on your desktop and we will see what else we can do.
