I entered the web address of my form, but it will not allow me to import. It says it's not a valid web address.

If you are cloning the form, I believe it will not work, the cloning function works for direct link of JotForms only.
But I see that your forms are in Adobe Forms Central. We currently are having a lot of request from users of Adobe Forms Central if they can migrate or copy their forms to JotForm. We currently do not have an app integration for it but I can create a feature request so that our developers can count you on the growing list of users who are requesting it.
For the meantime, please do check the following links to learn more about JotForm.

Regarding the app integration to Adobe Forms Central, we'll update you when we hear any news from our developers.

Our developers are already working on a tool to import the forms and data from Adobe FormsCentral. It is not going to perfect, but we will do what we can.
Here is a link for you to see that we have taken this seriously: http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/Please expect an announcement here when this is finished.

I would like to update you that we have now created the second set of tools that import the forms and submissions from Adobe for you in a single step.
It just takes a few simple clicks to have all your data from Adobe FormsCentral transferred to JotForm and enjoy your time as if you were with us from the very start.
Please take a look here for more details: Import Both Your Forms and Responses in a Single Step from Adobe FormsCentral
