How to create conditionally shown information form

Essentially a customer choses a particular selection and it reveal a set of information e.g dyamically linked to a box that displays info.

Is there a way to do that in jotforms? see below for example.

This is possible using conditions to autofill a text area:

You would need a radio button and a text area.  The text area should be set to read only:

The conditions would need to be set up something similar to this:

Under advanced options in the menu above, make sure to check "Add field to equation as text by default".
