At the moment it is not possible to use our import tool to import adobe's forms, but I will forward a feature request so our developers can consider the development of this app.
Meanwhile it is possible to import submissions to Jotform by first exporting as CSV/Excel and then using our import data app:
We will contact you as soon as we have more details on the import forms from adobe central matter.
Let us know if we can assist you further.

Our developers have started on the import tool and you can see its progress here: http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/
It is not completely finished, but you will be able to see the first samples of it in action on that very page and we will update you as the import tool gets improved through this thread and that page.
