I am using this at a high school. I want to upgrade but I'd like to use a purchase order, so I'm hoping you have a way I can do a year's subscription that is "non-recurring".I have a purchase order set up already. Please help!Scott Goff

If I am assuming correctly, you would like to provide yearly subscriptions for your form users but you would like to make it non-recurring or, in other words, a one time payment. Using the Purchase Order payment tool in your Form Builder, you are presented with 3 options. Please note below:
As noted on this guide, once the "Sell Subscriptions" option is selected you are setting up your form to collect recurring payments from your form users. So for non-recurring payments, "Sell Products" would be the best option.

I hope this answers your question. Feel free to ask for further support if needed.
