I know you may have already seen my other response to the original thread which you were interested in following up but I have moved your question here so that we could focus on helping you with this problem as well.
We're grateful for your comment and interest in joining us here at JotForm. We are currently aware of the growing problem so we have started exploring ways to help aid transitioning users such as yourself and others.
Currently we only have the option to import excel and csv submission data into jotforms. Additionally, we also have the option to download submissions as pdf but we're looking into this to help find a solution.

I have some good news for you.
We've released a tool not to long ago to help you import your adobe forms into our platform.
Try it out for yourself here http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/

You can now transfer your forms or transfer forms and their data with them using our latest tools Nigel. I believe that you will be interested in reading a bit more on this so I am giving you the link to see all the little goodies that our developers have thought off that will make you smile and enjoy as we do the job for you ;)
