My organization needs to migrate hundreds of forms from Adobe FormsCentral and we just don't have the resources to create them from scratch! Please let us know if you are going to be implementing a migration app so we can subscribe to JotForm.

    Hi Leda,

We currently are having a lot of request from users of Adobe Forms Central if they can migrate or copy their forms to JotForm. We currently do not have an app integration for it but I can create a feature request so that our developers can count you on the growing list of users who are requesting it.

For the meantime, I see that you are new to JotForm. Please do check the following links to learn more about our Form builder. I would suggest that you check our Frequently Asked Questions to get started. To learn more on how to create forms, we have A Comprehensive and Complete Guide List and a JotForm's YouTube Channel for tutorials, aside from the forum where you can ask us any assistance or help.

You can check our Apps Page and Widgets Page where you can use them to make your forms more advance and useful. You can also integrate different application to manage data.

The latest feature that we have is our Theme Store and The Form Designer. Using this you can make basic to advance designs that can make your form look incredibly awesome. We do have great themes that you can use or purchase.

Regarding the app integration to Adobe Forms Central, we'll update you when we hear any news from our developers.

    Thank you.

Additionally, please take note that it is an early build and may not be fully ready yet. However, you can visit the page and try it out for the time being as we aim to help users with importing.

I would like to update you that we have now created the second set of tools that import the forms and submissions from Adobe for you in a single step.

It just takes a few simple clicks to have all your data from Adobe FormsCentral transferred to JotForm and enjoy your time as if you were with us from the very start.

Please take a look here for more details: Import Both Your Forms and Responses in a Single Step from Adobe FormsCentral

I was very pleased to receive the news of the new import tool and used it as soon as I got the information from Jot Forms.

    My question is

How long dos it take from the last click on the import tool until the forms from AFC will appear in JF, its just is now over 24 hours and i can not see any of the AFC forms in the my forms section of JF

Can you please try importing again? http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/

The import tools are now automated. They give the results right away. But the data import can take more time. So, after entering form URLs or login details, you will get the forms on your account within 1-2 minutes. But the data may arrive after 10 minutes.

This happens because we are getting lots of requests and it takes time to get the data and load it into the account. So, the jobs are queued and processed in the order they arrive. If there is nothing else in the queue and if you only have 10 submissions you will probably get it in few minutes. Otherwise it may take 5 minutes or 50 minutes. It depends on the waiting jobs.

The forms data may take a while to be transferred, but the forms should not take longer than 5min, Have you checked in your account(http://www.jotform.com/myforms/) if the forms are there already?

    @ MTLMentors

Can you please also share to us at least one URL of your formcentral form that you tried to import.

We will try using the custom import tool to test your form.

I could not reproduced yet the issue you are having, as I was able to test import formcentral form from other user.

    Hi Jonathan,

    am I misunderstanding something?

the process seems very easy my end :o)

Our apologies, but I think you haven't misunderstood something.

When you choose to only import your Adobe forms, you will just need to provide the AFC URL's. If you choose to import both forms and responses, you will have to provide your AFC username and password and the system will do the rest.

My question is if the forms aren't still in your account? If so, can you tell us if you choose to import just the form or both form and responses? If possible, provide us your Adobe FC form so we can test it to our end.
