Issues with forms - links to existing forms not working.

    We are having issues with several of our forms, starting today, in which the existing link to the form will not load. Because it is more than one form, I'm assuming the issue is with JotForm. 

    Are you aware of the issue? Do you have a time table for how long this issue will take to be fixed?

    I've checked your account and I was able to view your JotForms normally without any issues at my end. Do you see any error message while trying to access your JotForm? Are you trying to access the JotForms using JotForm links or are they embedded on any your webpages? It might be helpful if you can provide us with the screenshot of the issue.

    I've cleared form cache to see if that helps. Also, please clear the browser cache by following the guide below and check if the issue is resolved.

    Hi Kiran,

     

    We can view the forms normally on the back end but the links are not working--they are not embedded on any webpages, just hyperlinked. And when we copy and paste the link into the browser, the browser does not connect. We have cleared our caches--we are not the only ones with this issue, we have received reports from other people trying to access our forms.

    Hello Lindsay,

    As I check these links, it seems that they are loaded and working properly at my end. Please see the screenshots below :

    Could you try accessing from a different PC/browser/Internet connection to see what exactly causing the issue? If the form is not loaded or not getting connected to internet on the browser window it should display an error message. Please check if something is displayed and provide us with the exact message displayed.
