Just downloaded some routine test data from my two JotForm forms. Each form call for inputting time data. In the downloaded record, the HOUR was set to 0. Went back into the submissions and, sure enough, the hour was showing as 0. But, when I go in to edit the form from the submissions screen, the hour is there. Without making any changes, I can complete the edit and the hour field is captured.
This is just a little terrifying. I've been testing these forms, fairly successfully for weeks and never encountered anything like this.rm

Is this something that has been already fixed? I was not able to reproduce any formatting issue with the Time field on my test form, and your submissions page seems to be fine.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.

I tried again later today using the same input device and the problem did not recur.
Hope it doesn't happen again.
