Also, I do not quite understand what you mean by free tickets zeroing out hundreds of dollars worth. Can you add some more details, please? If needed, you can add some screenshots of the issue.

Sorry for the delayed reply. The issue with the coupons is that we had them set to only allow 2 discounted individual tickets (screenshot added below). However, multiple people have been able to get more than 2 tickets discounted (second screenshot). We have looked over all the settings for them and cannot find the error.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you referring to this form? If so, I checked the Product List in your form and you have a coupon code where there is not limit. Check out the screenshot below:
You may need add a limitation with this coupon so that multiple user will not be able to avail it. We also have a guide to help you learn How to Add Coupon Code to Payment Forms.

You've clicked on the only one that doesn't have restrictions ... we use that code for testing. Please see the screenshots attached. It should only take of $110 but it is taking off quite a bit more. Please advise. Thank you.

Also, just FYI, we're going to switch the payment portal to stripe and hopefully that will help. I will clone the form to switch it and then we'll see. I just don't want the same glitches on the new form. I appreciate the help.

Thank you for getting back to us. Could you please try removing the product list field and adding it back again to your form? Upon cloning your form, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Also, I just want to know if you are able to replicate the issue upon testing your form? If you could send us a screen recording of what is happening it would help us better to understand what the situation is. You can send us a screen recording by uploading it on a cloud based storage (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and send us the link.
We'll be able to move forward once we hear back from you.

Hello, please see my screenshots above. The issue is not that multiple people use the same coupon, it's that despite restrictions on the coupon users are able to get more discount than was intended. Please see my screenshots.

Thanks for getting back to us. I tested your form again and I was able to replicate the issue. It seems the coupon code does apply a discount on a product but it removes the entire amount of that product even when the discount amount is lower. I will create a ticket and escalate this to our Developer Team for further checking. As soon as we have an update we’ll let you know.

Hello, for now we've removed all discount codes. This issue repeats even when using the Stripe platform for payments. As we are trying to promote RSVPs for this event now, time is of the essence, please let me know when you have an update to this issue. Thank you!
