My account isn't showing up, unable to access

    Hi :)

    I created a free account about 2 months ago, created a form, am using it in my website (www.YourLifeisExtraordinary.com). I'm pretty sure I used the email: christiene@earthlink.net. My form still shows up, but I can't access my account to make changes. I requested password though the one I use or a modification of it that I use for just about everything, isn't working. I requested the password reset, tho have not received an email to be able to do this.

    Can you help?

    The only other email I might have used would be: info@YourLifeisExtraordinary.com

    There is no account with any of those email addresses.

    Hi, do have a link to the form you created, or even a URL where its embeded? I cant see to find anything jotform related on  www.YourLifeisExtraordinary.com/

    If we can dig out the form id, we should be able to work out the account/email address associated with it.

    OK, i found a form associated with info@yourlifeisextraordinary.com

    it is a guest account; you never fully registered when you created it. 

    If you now register an account with the info@yourlifeisextraordinary.com email address, the new account should get associated with that form.
