Approval Workflow: Not able to receive email notification

    I have built an approval workflow with 5 conditional branches and none of the email notifications are sending properly. They were going to the wrong email, I deleted the entire workflow and started over and now no emails are being sent. I need help ASAP!! I have attached a screenshot of the workflow.
