Can I download one form user's data as a single form? Can I create a form and then download it and send it as a PDF rather than a webform?

I am considering this for my office as FormCentral is no longer going to be offered.  These are two essential functions for me.  Can you tell me if we can do either or both, and if not is there a possibility these features will be integrated into updated versions.  If they may be integrated into future versions, how often are upgrades released?

    Sincerely,

    Maggie

You will probably like to hear Maggie that our developers have already made first steps in creating the import tool that would allow anyone from Adobe FormCentral to simply transfer their forms and submissions over to our system.

Do note that it is still in the early stages, but you will be able to see a sample on it as well: Forms Central shutting down

To answer you on your questions. Yes, you can download the files just as you were able on Adobe Forms, as PDF, Excel file and CSV file.

The PDF file can be downloaded for multiple submissions, but also for one at a time.

You can also set it to download the entire form as it is presented to your visitors or to show only some specifics that the user would see and hiding the fields that are important for you internally from it.

Going to this guide will show you how simple it is to do all that:

Do let us know of course if you have any questions and we would be happy to assist.
