I have a field in my rsvp form for # attending. Is there any way to get notified or set up a different email to go out once i hit capacity? I have confirmation autoresponder set up but i want to switch to a wait list autoresponder when i hit 200 attendees.

Yes you can sent a different autoresponder to the submitter when you hit the 200 attendees, my workaround on this would required using the Quantity Gift Registry widget.

I have set up two conditions to send those notification depending if there is no capacity:

I tried using the gift registry widget but is there any way to put in max of 2 people per rsvp in the drop down field and is there any way to take out the copy next to the counter box (i think for the registry it is mean to list the item name). I would also like to remove the copy that says 1 left (in green). Is that possible to do? I really appreciate your help.

    Hello leadbelly,

You may like to take a look at our "Inventory" widget which should fit into your requirement. You will be able to hide the text quantity left (x left). Please check the screenshot below:

Though you cannot set the widget to only accept max of two quantity, but it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding condition in your form to check the input quantity of the inventory widget. If the condition does not match, you can show an error message and hide the submit button from your form. Please check the screenshot below on how to add the condition for inventory widget:

Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this works as expected:  Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:

    Thank you!
