Unable to open attachments

    I have an employment application Jotform that we use and we are not able to open many of the attachments we receive either in Jotform, the email confirmation, or the integrated google sheet.

    It's pretty critical that we have access to these documents and it appears that the system is timing out and not opening them.

    I really need some help getting these to show up.

    I checked some of the submitted files of your form and had no issues to download them. However, I noticed that some of the PDF files were large so this could cause timeout issues if your network connection is experiencing latency issues, for example.

    Could you please try to clear your browser's cache and try again? Also, please let us know one of the submissions you're having problems with so we can try at our side to download the attachments in it.

    Let us know if the issue persists.
