How to add and multiply two different fields and combine both to get final amountAsked by htproz on January 22, 2015 at 07:01 PM
I have a select field called (Choose each service that you will need) with each answer having a set value. When selected each value is added to the next
I also have a drop down list called (What type of installation service do you need ?) with each field having a value that needs to be multiplied by 1 or up to 10 to get a result.
The problem is, I am lost as to how I should setup calculation fields in the calculation wizard to make this work. I am still new to this so I really need a visual explanation.
The form is located at http://www.jotform.com//?formID=42754706722154
I am trying to install the final working form on http://www.hometheaterproz.com/appointment/
Could you please provide us a formula for your calculation? We need to better understand how you calculate your fields to give you a step by step process.
Total of (Choose each service that you will need) is to be multiplied, substract, add or divide to the field (What type of installation service do you need) which will be multiplied to 1 or 10 or what conditions that will set this up?
You can use multiple Form Calculation and pass the values there. Here's the guide for the basic calculation: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
We'll wait for your response.
