JOT form has deleted previously saved portions of my form

    Link to form:  <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.us/jsform/50117480322141"></script>

I am careful to save my documents as I work and have noticed that the auto-save feature is working as well, however, JOT form has deleted previously saved portions of my work at least 4 times today, and I have lost a lot of productivity.  Please let me know if this application can successfully support forms of this length, and explain what the problem may be and if my work can be retrieved.

    Thank you,

    Kathryn

    Hi kgmills3,

I understand that you have invested a great amount of time modifying your form and for it to not save your most recent changes would be very frustrating. I am sorry that you had to go through this earlier today and I hope there are no recurrence of this in the future.

In relation to Jotform's capabilities, our tool is optimized to manage pretty much any length form from my experience. The issue at hand here would most like be the browser. After excessive time spent on the same page might have resulted in some cache related error. Reloading the browser or refreshing the page now and again during your form development should get rid of this issue.

In the event that you lose any recent modifications to your form, I would suggest checking your forms Revision History. This feature allows you to revert to a previously saved version of your form and with the Auto Save feature, this is a great tool to use once modifications are lost during your editing. Again, I am sorry for the mishap today and I hope that the information I shared was of use to you.

Feel free to contact us for further assistance if needed.

    Thank You
    Sean
