I am trying to download some forms and keep getting this error. It's the first time today I have tried to download our forms

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As per the error message you reached your daily API limit and that is the reason you are not able to download your forms. I have reset your daily API limit. You should now be able to download your forms again. We have a guide on Daily API Call Limits that you can check out.

This error has NOT been fixed. I tried again today to download the spreadsheet and could not. I am still getting the same error and this was the first time in two days that I tried to download. Please advise. I really need to be able to download these records to Excel.

Thanks for getting back to us. The error API limit exceeded is the limit for the API calls you can do daily. Since you are using the guest account that we are not able to check your API limit per day, may you login with your account or let us know your email address associated with the account? So that we can help to check further.

Please also note that API Limits reset every day at midnight Eastern Standard Time zone, you can simply wait for a day for the limit to reset. If the issue still remains after the reset, let us know so we can check it further.
