Allow Conditional Logic Formating on PDF

    Hi,

I have a PDF form that is generated from a regular form to allow for export and emailing.

On the form are a number of 'paragraph' fields with conditional formatting. When a calculation is done, and conditions met, a paragraph is SHOWN. This shows the form user the answer.

This works perfectly on the form itself, but on the PDF, the form shows all paragraphs and instead of only one that is TRUE.

    Can you please help

Paragraphs in question are fields - 170. -178.

    Hi Trent,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your form to have a look and understand that you would only like to show the Primary Type of personality based on the conditional logic in PDF form as well. Unfortunately, conditional logic can not be applied to the PDFs in the PDF Editor. You can only apply the conditional logic within the form. If the question or image is set up to be shown conditionally in the form then it will be shown in the PDF as well.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
