Sign Document : Replace PDF to update the signable forms.

Hi. Why is there no option to replace the uploaded PDF forms in sign documents? Frankly, it's kind of very hard to create another sign form when we get to do a correction or changes within the forms.

Is there by any chance we can do something about this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I do understand your concern. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. Currently it is not possible to reupload or update the existing PDF form in sign document. If you made any changes in your existing PDF form then you need to create another sign document.

It would be great. If you can share the link to your sign document so we can check on to see for any alternate solution for your request.

As the feature is not available at a moment. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
