is there a way for people to cancel their registration?

Also, is there a way for people to cancel their registration? I have seen on the reminder emails an option to cancel but it seems to just open the form back up, so I don't understand how that would work.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes sure it is possible for users to cancel their registration. Users need to edit their submission and deselect the date and slot they selected for their registration.Once they submit the form with no date and slot their submission gets updated on the backend and registration gets canceled.

That is correct what you said above in your comment. When users click on the cancel option in their Reminder email. Form will get open with their response. They need to deselect the slot and need to submit the form again to cancel the registration.
