Guest Account Reached Upload Limit?

    I used JotForm for dropbox and reached the submission limit. Before I sign up for a monthly plan, I wanted to test out your form builder. It won't allow me to preview the form I am trying to build, since I've already exceeded the limit on my Dropbox integration. Is there any way I can preview a form I am working on before signing up?

    Hi Max,

    Upon checking your account, I see that you used a guest account, for "Free" plans like in our guests, we have an upload storage limit of 100MB, you can check our Pricing page. The Dropbox integration does not actually have a limit on Dropbox uploads.

    Please do take note that when an account reaches its quota or limit, the forms will be temporarily be unavailable. You can however free up your storage space by deleting submissions that has files attached to it.

    I would also recommend that you register an account to us so that you can fully utilize our product and services.
