I have had a few people replying to my latest form saying that they cannot open the form on their iphone. I don't use an iPhone myself, but what can I do to help them?

To which form are you referring? Incidentally, if you don't have an iPhone on which to test the forms, you can use iphonetester.com like I do. Here's how your Kids Club OLD form looks on an iPhone:

You are correct - it is the Kids Club OLD which has gone out and had a few people replying that they couldn't use it on their iphone. It works OK with your iphonetester link (thank you); any ideas why some people seem to be unable to view?

I am only testing your form using an iPod touch (which runs the same iOS as an iPhone) and I was able to fill out your form successfully and redirected to your Thank You page as shown below:
It would be helpful if they describe what they see when they tried to access your form on iPhone. Is it a blank page, an error message, etc? Do they have something in common? For example, are they using the same web browser or do they belong to the same mobile operator?
Hopefully we'll get this information from them so that we can investigate this case further. Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
Thanks and regards,
