Unable to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

Hi, I'm unable to clone any forms to my account (see screenshot). I've read through the support area and followed all of the directions (clear form cache, browser cache, history, cookies, etc.). I've tried with my forms, I've tried with other people's forms....
I can't get it to clone my form, which is clearly active. I've tested it by pasting it into my browser directly: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42955735680970
It's obviously a very simple form to rebuild, but at this point, I just want to know why I can't clone it? I'm trying to move a few forms onto a new account for a client.

Hi,
The form is in your trash folder. You have deleted it. You have to restore it before you can clone it to another account.

Yes, I deleted it because I couldn't clone it and ended up recreating it in the other account. Now I'm trying to do it for a different client and it still isn't working.

We are very sorry for the delay. We have a developer assigned to this and looking in to it currently. Occasionally these issues take a bit more time than we would like to get sorted. As soon as we have an update on this we will let you know. Our developers are actively working on a solution and will hopefully have this resolved soon.

The problem about clone form feature is fixed. I've tested it with a non-support account and able to clone existing forms.
