Unable to add payment tool

    It says


    You cannot add more than one payment tool. Please delete the existing one first.


    Where do I find the existing one? I don't know where that is? I like to integrate PayPal.

    Hi there,

    This is the form that you're referring to right? http://www.jotform.com/50222222041938

    This is the payment field that you're looking for. You can only use one payment tool or field. You can either delete this field to add a new one or you can edit the existing payment field.

    I fixed the Payment problem and it works now with PayPal.


    But now I have another issue.

    On the form which is emailed to me after the payment, the product which has been ordered does not show any more.
    Before I had the PayPal function, I could see, which book has been ordered and the form has been forwarded to the dispatch department. Now I cannot see the product and dispatch has no idea what to send.

    That is a real problem. Please help.
