Forms no longer displaying on the wordpress siteAsked by Alan on January 23, 2015 at 09:18 AM
Hi- I'm working with www.carmatchusa.org, for some reason all of my forms have stopped working. I have checked the respective pages and the script is intact. I cleared my cache from within my admin panel (WP Site) and my browser (Google Chrome) with no success.
I then uploaded the Word Press plugin thinking I would reset the form code. While in draft mode I selected the form needed and clicked select. I could not get the form to populate on the page.
I use Jotforms on several websites and they all seem to be working fine. The only change made to www.CarMatchUSA.org was a recent installation of a SSL certificate.
Below are sample pages which have the jotform script installed;
I have attached a pic reflecting the code for one of the above URL's.
I could replicate the same situation. The standalone versions of the forms are working:
Please try embedding the forms again using the iframe method:
Let us know if the problem persists.
Can you help with why the jotform word press plugin does not work?
I used the iframe and now I have a blank page;

This is because , our WP Embed plugin as well as the Form Generator for WordPress by tmontg1 currently do not support HTTPS so you can't use them when your website runs in HTTPS connection.
You can also try our oEmbed plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jotform-oembed.
Install it, then paste the direct form URL (https) to your page/post and the plugin will automatically embed the form.
You might also just try with the Embed (script type) version
