    Hi Ingrid,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're sorry you're having trouble with the payment gateway. Can you try to remove the integration and add it again? This will help refresh the integration. Make sure to use the correct account credentials for payment validation. You can know more in this guide on How to Integrate PayPal Checkout With Jotform.

Keep us updated and let us if you need any more help.

    Hi,

I removed it and added it again and the same issue happened.

When watching your help video, the option does not come up for adding client id and client secret. It just initializes and then adds the payment to the form.

Each time I add a form with a Paypal payment it has an issue and solving the problem is always different or obscure as to what the issue is.

    Hi Ingrid,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I have tried to duplicate the error and have been unable to do so. As a workaround please try and use the PayPal Pro Element instead. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Add Form Elements button at the upper left of the page.
    2. Click on the Payments tab.
    3. Click the 3 vertical dots on the right of the current payment gateway.
    4. Select Switch Payment Gateway.
    5. Select PayPal Pro from the list.
    6. Click on the Use Selection button.
    7. Confirm it on the popup window.RfLgxi044WM k7N qEr7r ZQpSrGd BKYHzxqQ3 Screenshot 0
    8. Add your Paypal API and related details, and click on ContinueNVbtClqKRyWxRCcG6pYgs3NAs9FeR2d7w6rqZxAn Screenshot 1

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

I seems to be working. Not sure why I had to do it differently this time. Thank you for your help.
