Hi, I can't seem to get this right. I use Jot form to send my photography clients my contract to review and to digitally sign. I would like to be able to send them a full PDF of the contract text with their signature. You all have send me directions, but it's still not working..help!

I inspected the form and you have an auto-responder defined (that will send a copy of the form to the user) but you are missing an email field in the form, so users can put the email where they will receive the auto-responder:
After adding the email field you need to edit the auto-responder so that the recipient is the email field:
The PDF version has some limitations, not being very customizable:
But if you want the text-fields also to show up you need to go to submissions area and select the option "show headers and text":
