Money transfer from one account to another

By mistake money has been paid to different account as my bank card was blocked and I asked my friend to make the payment. here is the data about payment fulfilled:

I've assigned subscription https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/s/INT150101-3476-80839S from service@21vek.by to account username yulina. This account is now on Economy status while service@21vek.by was set back to free.
