Created form is not available any more

    Dear Support,

    After changing the password, my form is not available any more.

    The Form "EtherCAT Seminars US - Feedback" seems to be editable below my account details. When clicking "edit" a new form opens as "Untitled Form".

    Here is the link to the survey (it is still working on our website: http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12821312782)

    What happended here?

    I don't think changing your password caused this. We are currently experiencing a system wide problem where users are unable to access their forms in the editor using jotform.com. Please use jotform.net for the time being while our developers work to resolve this issue.
