I have tested my email and am getting everything except the password rest for our account. Please help ASAP.

I checked our mail log for the address associated with your form and it appears as though several notifications did not go through properly. This resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list:
I removed you from the list and manually sent the password reset. When I checked our mail logs it appears to have gone through.
