Error while cloning jotform: No form found on the page

    I'm trying to copy 2 forms from an old account to a new account. I've search the forum and found several posts explaining this but I still get an error when trying to make it work. I've checked to ensure the privacy setting is not set for the source account or target account. The error when I try to create new form in new account (import form, from a webpage, URL =

    Starts to "generate form" momentarily then


    No form found on the page. Please check the source code you provided.

    Inspection of the error page shows:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request) -

    Any tips much appreciated.

    I have tried going to the link, but the jotform seems to have been deleted.

    Can you please check if that is the correct link and if not give us the link to correct jotform?

    Managed to sort this issue.

    I went into the source account and made the new account a subuser and shared the forms in question. Then went to the new account and the cloning worked without error. Then went back to the source account and removed the subuser. This creation of the sub user seems to have allowed permission to clone the forms. All is well. Thanks.

    Great! Glad you've figured out a solution.

    By the way, I've tried to clone that form on my free account and it seems to be working just fine. Perhaps it was just a setting on the clone privacy? It should not be checked.

    Anyway, glad this is now sorted.
