I get error 404 and can't submit my form.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your two forms with the IDs 211151833760449 and 203083337443047 using your email address. I cloned them and tested your forms but I was able to fill out and submit your forms. If you're talking about another form, can you share the link to that form? So we can check it and make further investigation.

    Can you also share the console report from your browser, while trying to submit the form? This guide will show you how to do that.
