What happens after I receive 10 SSL forms submissions...

About the 10 SSL forms, once the quota is met what happens? Does it disable the form or just roll new submissions over to the 100 non SSL forms.

Just curious I don't have to use the SSL checkbox when I embed, just got an email saying it was over and there are still a few days left in the month. I don't want the site to go without the feature.

Love JotForm....just waiting for the catch I guess ;) But so far so good!

    Hello Alex,

The free users are allowed to receive upto 10 SSL submissions only. Once the account reaches either of the limit of normal submissions/SSL submissions/payments the forms shall be disabled to receive further submissions. The submission counter will be reset on the first day of every month.

As I check your account, I see that you have already received 15 SSL submissions. I also notice that the JotForms are embedded using SSL on your website. If you want to continue to receive the submissions in secured way, you'ld need to upgrade to a paid account so that you can receive more SSL submissions or you may need to wait till the first day of following month. If not, you may need to re-embed your JotForm on your website without using SSL.

Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!
