I seem unable to now receive email submissions from my form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30796056400350 all was working well until earlier this week when the last two submissions only show up if I log into my online account with yourselves. I have tried to send test submissions from within the email set up and this works ok, however if I try and send from the web page the form only seems to submit directly to you and I no longer receive any email notification.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your email address set on the notification for that submission is not in bounce list, please check your spam folder.
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names if the issue persists. (We use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.)
