I had a problem with my jotform email form and contacted the staff yesterday. This morning I received a reply from ashwin_d, and was told that even though I had a paid monthly subscription, my form stopped working because I went over the allotment of form submissions due to my account being just a guest account. I'm confused because I thought only official accounts could order a monthly subscription to jotforms for $9 a month, which is what I did? One initial payment was collected, but that was it.
I just want to make sure that now that I have done as instructed and created an account (another new one?) that I won't be charged twice each month, or that somehow my account will cease to exist and I'll have to go through this again.

Once you created your account with the email address, your guest account would have the Premium membership applied to it.
After reviewing your account, I am seeing that you started another subscription after creating your account. As such you are currently enrolled in two subscriptions (S-09F67735EB262140U and S-8F543607S57636839).
I have passed this on to our billing department, your last subscription will be canceled and refunded. As this has to be done manually, please allow 7 - 14 days for this to be processed.
