Our forms are saying that they have reached their quota when we clearly have enough room.

I work at Liberty University and we need these forms to adequately host a conference that we are having on campus. Our forms are not able to add any submissions even though we are not even close to the quota that is says.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I checked your account and it has reached its SSL submissions limit for the month. Note that free user's limit for SSL Submissions is 10 per month. This is different with the regular submissions which is 100 per month. Whichever hits the limit first, your account will automatically reached the quota and that error will be displayed to your form.

Note that submissions will be counted as SSL when you embed or use a secure form URL e.g. https://secure.jotform.com/42185371993968. If you want to use the 100 regular submissions, you must change the form URL from https://secure to http://form.

I have now re-activated your account and reset your SSL limit. Note that we can only do this once in a lifetime. Once you reached your limit again, you may consider upgrading to one of our paid plans.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

    Hi EltonCris,

Thank you for re-activating our account! We really appreciate it.
I just wanted to clarify the problem that we ran into. We were paying for an extended amount of submissions and then we downgraded to the free account. Since we already had a certain amount when we downgraded, we were technically over the limit and thus our account said that we were over the quota. Why was our account over the quota since we already had those extra forms and paid for them?

    Thanks again,

    Weston Martin

We upgrade the account (increase limits) the same day as you upgrade it, and downgrade works in the same way. In other words, our subscriptions are based on the period of duration from the same date of one month/year to the same date of the next month/year. Your account was paid from Jan 10, 2014 to Jan 9, 2015.

However, the submissions reset day is the first day of each month. Account limits are being increased only during the paid period.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
