How To Monitor Total Number of Attendees and add it to a Report or Create a Notification on it?

    Is there any way to include in notifier email a tally the column in excel and provide report that takes the sum of the number attending field that i have set up on my jotform?


    I have a field on my jotform for number attending. People can rsvp for more than 1 person. I have to keep track and make sure if the sum of that field does not exceed 200.


    Once it exceeds 200, i need to set it up so that a wait list email goes out in autoresponder.

    Any suggestions?

    I believe you can use the following widgets to automatically monitor or set a maximum number of attendees to your event. Here are the widgets: 


    I would personally recommend the Inventory widget. Here's a demo form that I made: 

    After that, you ca integrate Google Spreadsheet to your form so that your submissions will also be directly added to a spreadsheet real-time. Here's the Google Spreadsheet app page:  

    For the notifier, it seems that it is not possible right now. We can't seem to get the available number of seats to pass it on a condition for the notifier. But I'll try to look at it.
