Looking to hide field by day of week

Hello! I am looking to hide/show a field based on day of week, so that an option is not available on Fridays and Saturday.

I am using the Date Reservation plug-in, as I need to keep dates "booked" so that there is no more than one booking per night. I tried using the dateString function on the result from the date reservation, to submit that to a field which I could then make part of a condition, but the date doesn't show or update in the text and calculation fields I tried to setup.

I've removed the extra fields and conditions as the form is now live.

I am hoping to make the cake options unavailable on Friday and Saturday bookings. Please advise if this is something that can work out. Thanks!

Unfortunately, adding a conditional logic is date reservation widget is not possible. I can't think of a possible other than putting a note that Fridays and Saturdays are not available for booking.

Or, you can add another date field using DateTime field from the Quick Tools, but that defeats the usage of Date Reservation widget.
