after sign in and have charged people to the event I had set up an automatic response. But unfortunately it not comes to users. how is it possible?

You are currently using your email address as the Sender Email of your Autoresponder Settings. It's possible that the form is not sending emails because your email server doesn't allow this type of configuration. Note that this method is using SMTP details from your hosting provider upon adding it through verification method.
To fix that, I would suggest using Mandrill's SMTP or Manually configure the SMTP. Here are the guides on how to configure one:
