Jotform Sign: How to edit a Sign Document?

Hello,

I need to edit and revise a signed copy of our handbook but Jotform isn't allowing me to do so. How can I edit what I need to without deleting and having to upload an entirely new handbook? I'm referring to the document Employee Handbook under the signed section of Jotform.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. It’s easy to edit the fields in your Sign Document. Let me show you how:

1. In Sign Builder, select the field you want to edit and click on the Gear icon at the bottom of the field.
2. In the menu that comes up, you can make changes to the field, like changing the name of the field or setting some options based on the element you’re using.
