Users Unable to Received Autoresponder Email Notifications.

    We have recently launched a form: 2023 SFD Summer Camps Application. Some registrants are emailing us saying that they are not receiving the email confirmation, even though everything appears to be set up correctly.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry that you are having issues with your form. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. I was able to receive the Autoresponder email notification. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try deleting your Autoresponder and creating a new one then do a test submission to see if you are able to receive an email notification for the Autoresponder?

    It is also possible that your customer's email service providers are blocking the emails sent out from our IPs and domains. Can you suggest to your customers to Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains so that the email won't be blocked? Please also advise them if the emails are in their Email's Spam/Junk folder.
