Hi,
Can I use one PayPal account as the payment method for two different forms (one membership sign up form and another form for donations)?
Thank you

Hi Marie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Yes, you can use the same Paypal account in a different form. To use any of the PayPal Payment Integrations, you'll need to add the Product List element to your form first. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- Click on the Add Form Element + menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down and drag and drop the Product List element to your form.
Now, let's connect your PayPal account with your form:
- Again, click on the Add Form Element + menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payments tab, choose one of the PayPal options.
- In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
- Now, enter all of the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it. You're done.
If you want more information about the payment limits, check out Jotform's Pricing page.
Give it a try and reach out again if you need any other help.

How about for collecting donations, will I also use the Product List element for it? Thanks!

Hello Marie,
Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support. You can still use the same Product List or payment integration. You will just need to change the Payment type to Collect Donations. Check out the screencast below:
As shown on the screencast above, you have managed to set the Payment type to Collect Donations.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
