Allowing access to a form without logging in.

How can I avoid making my assigned staff sign into their google accounts before accessing the jotform

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure, did you send your Form URL by using the Invite By Email option? If so, your recipients would need to log in to their Jotform Account to fill out the form.

I would suggest sending them the actual Form URL. Let me show you how:

• On the My Forms page, select the form you wish to share.
• Click on the Edit Form beside your form.
• Next, select Publish tab, and click on the Copy Link button so you can send or share it with your recipient.

Copy the Form URL and send the invitation using your own email service. Once the recipient receives the invitation email, your users should be able to open the form without needing to sign in or create an account.
