Unable to access Sign documents

    I'm setting up a document for signature, but every time I close the browser window and reopen it, you remember my account and how many signatures I've used this month but you never allow me to access the document so I have to make it again. This is obviously annoying. How can I avoid that? What am I doing wrong?

    By the way, this is the easiest signature option available. Really nice product. It works sooooo much better then Docusign.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're sorry you're unable to access the Sign documents you created. In order to assist you better, can you send us a screenshot of the error when you access the document? We have a guide for that here. When accessing your documents, make sure that you're logged into your account. You can also try to log out and log back into your account to refresh your session as it expires every 2hours. You can check your Sign documents under My Sign Documents page. Let me show you how:

    • On the My Forms page, click on the arrow down icon.
    • Select My Sign Documents.
