We already paid for an upgrade

    Greetings: Our free account is almost at it's limit of 10 free uses. But I have already paid $90 for an upgrade. Then we got an email that said that our account was almost at its limit. Can you please update our account to reflect our status?

    Your Yearly Premium subscription (INT141205-1544-44615S) has been applied to your account associated with the username: ncaosa.

    If you are not currently seeing the upgrade on your account, please sign out of your account, clear your browser cache and sign in once again.
